Under the Docks is a 1940s-style underwater town with marine life mutated into humanoid creatures due to toxic elements dumped into the sea. The concept follows the mafia don Mussels Midnight, his adopted son and pro boxer Crustacean Mutation, and Mussels’ old right-hand Atlantic Sal as they utilize Mussels’ organization to improve their hometown against gentrification attempts by the local government while navigating personal struggles.
